My approach with coaching is all about sustainability. If a program and routine that is designed for someone isn't something u can follow for longer than a few weeks/months. Then it isn't the type of plan you should be following cause you won't stick to it.
I create a system with my clients that makes it easy to follow they enjoy the process, they don't sacrifice the things they love, they don't have insane diets or are forced/ expected to do crazy amounts of training volume, it's something they look forward to cause they see the results and didn't have to suffer to get it.
