Are these services limited just to combat sports?

No, I work with everyone from everyday people, amateur and pro athletes in any sport. The same priciples apply to help you towards your unique goals

Do I need to be a specific age?

Not necessarily, but ideally children athletes are actually the most important people to work with to benefit their future potential early. But I would ideally only start with someone over 13 years of age as long as their parents are supporting them properly to execute the needs of the plan.

Can I work out from home?

I have a very busy schedule, are you able to accommodate a very crazy schedule?

Of course, No matter what the schedule is and routine you have in your week. We can analyze the specifics to set up the right approach on what can work for you towards your goals. There is never any excuse to not be able to achieve progress, or else your schedule will always be your excuse!

I have some unique health/ physical problems, Are you able to help me/ work around those?

Yes, I have dealt with a lot of clients with unique health issues or physical limitations and we can discuss what they are and what the limitations are and if there is specialists or specific tests to get done on top. So we have the most scientific and educated approach to your unique needs or restrictions.
